They will dazzle you with a nice car picking you up at the airport, walking you through customs maybe even taking you to dinner all in hopes of you releasing those funds so that they can leave you wondering what to do. Some of these scam artist will even bring you into their lair to see the cases of gold that have to offer, now keep in mind that although the gold may be real, make no mistake that these scammers have no intention on selling it to you, it is solely used as bait to gain your trust. These scammers jump from country to country doing the same thing over and over again, they buy beautiful houses, drive expensive cars in third world countries and this is all done with one click of a mouse, your trust and let the games begin.

Now I am mentioning all of this because there are very legitimate small scale gold miners through out West Africa and all that this does is make it harder for legitimate small scale gold miners in West Africa to sell their gold to genuine gold buyers whom they really want to build relationships with. So you need to dismiss the notion that someone will haphazardly send gold to you at unbelievable prices just because you are such a good person , thats the biggest error in judgment that you can make. Also if you think that you are going to make even fair deals from behind your desk then again shame on you because business in West Africa is not done that way from the beginning.
