Good morning. Stock futures are little moved this morning after the S&P 500 eked out a narrow gain yesterday. In the process it scored its sixth-consecutive close and its 15th record close of the year. The Nasdaq Composite is the only index doing them one better, with 16 record closes.
Today, the two indexes will make a sprint for 16th and 17th and whether they can notch those new milestones will likely come down to a serious slate of earnings reports this morning. Plus, a handful of big after hours reports.
