Hyatt Hotels Corporation (H) recently reported its financial results for the third quarter, demonstrating the importance of luxury offering amid challenging economic conditions. Per the report, the luxury chain sales have driven its revenue per available room (RevPAR) growth.

Hyatt Q3 2025 vs. Q3 2024 earnings highlights:

  • Comparable system-wide hotels RevPAR increased 0.3%.
  • Net rooms growth was 12.1%.
  • Net loss was $49 million, compared to net income of $471 million.
  • Adjusted EBITDA was $291 million, an increase of 5.6%. Source: Hyatt’s 10-Q Filing, Q3 Results

Hyatt CEO Mark Hoplamazian noted that the hotel chain giant is focused on elevating guest satisfaction and “deepening customer loyalty.”

Earlier this month, Hyatt also revealed that it will expand its partnership with Chase (JMP) that rewards World of Hyatt cardmembers for stays across the hotel giant’s global portfolio.

The company highlighted that with more than 60 million members, World of Hyatt is the fastest-growing loyalty program in the global hospitality industry, growing at a rate of nearly 30% per year since 2017.

“When a loyalty program is designed with care at its core, it leads to greater guest preference and helps support a powerful commercial platform that delivers more direct bookings and makes Hyatt more attractive to owners,” Hoplamazian said during the earnings call.

In the most recent news, Hyatt announced a special new offering for its loyalty members.

From Black Friday (Nov. 28) to Cyber Monday (Dec. 1) and Travel Tuesday (Dec. 2), World of Hyatt members can enjoy discounted stays at participating properties for travel between November 20, 2025, and April 30, 2026.

By analyzing the dates for booking, it appears that Hyatt is positioning the offer around traditional “big sale” days (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Travel Tuesday), but the actual window to make bookings starts earlier and extends beyond those days (until Dec 11).

More than 750 properties across the U.S., Canada, Caribbean, Latin America, and other regions are part of the discounted offering.

“World of Hyatt celebrates our members by rewarding them with more ways to make the most of their travels. From enriching experiences to meaningful connections with loved ones, we inspire travelers to join, engage, and discover how rewarding it can be to be part of our growing World of Hyatt community,” said Laurie Blair, senior vice president of global marketing and loyalty, Hyatt.

Travelers are invited to join World of Hyatt for free to unlock early access to the sale.
