I’m inclined to believe this headline, if only because of the intensity of the decline in oil prices in the past two days. It’s certainly moving like someone knows something because the magnitude of the move is more than the usual TACO.

The problem I have is seeing any ‘deal’ as sustainable given what we’ve seen so far from all parties involved.
