This air conditioner from Amazon Basics has been bought over 20,000 times in the last month. At under $130, it’s not only the most popular, but also the least expensive. It’s made for small areas, has a washable filter, and is easy to install. You can choose between seven temperature settings, and four cooling and fan modes. It also has a two-way air direction control to manage the air flow.
One shopper called it “the ideal workhorse for targeted cooling.” They shared that it may not have smart features, but it’s affordable, reliable, and can cool a small space. They also added that it was easy to install, saying it’s “truly one of the easiest window units I’ve ever dealt with” since it’s lightweight and comes with an adjustable window kit.
