Since its inception in 1946, Chick-fil-A has grown into one of the most popular chicken restaurant chains in the U.S., now operating more than 3,000 locations worldwide.

According to the American Customer Satisfaction Index‘s 2025 Restaurant and Food Delivery Study, Chick-fil-A has once again secured the top spot in the quick-service restaurant industry for the 11th year in a row, with a steady ACSI score of 83.

But even industry leaders face challenges. In 2024, Chick-fil-A experienced its slowest U.S. sales growth in 20 years, increasing by just 5.4% due to growing competition from emerging chicken restaurant chains like Raising Cane’s, Wingstop, and Bojangles.

Still, Chick-fil-A remains the leader in the chicken category by a landslide.

So, to prevent its rivals from taking its throne, Chick-fil-A is unveiling one of the biggest seasonal menu launches to date, featuring new sandwiches, returning fan favorites, and permanent additions.

Chick-fil-A’s 2025 fall menu with new and returning items

Chick-fil-A is bringing back the Cherry Berry beverage after debuting it last spring, making it the first seasonal soda released by the chain. But this time, it is offering four new ways to enjoy it.

The new Cherry Berry beverages include:

Cherry Berry & Sprite: Sprite infused with cherry, blueberry, and cranberry natural flavors.
Cherry Berry Lemonade: Classic Chick-fil-A Lemonade mixed with cherry, blueberry, and cranberry natural flavors.
Cherry Berry Frosted Lemonade: Ice cream and Classic Chick-fil-A Lemonade blended with cherry, blueberry, and cranberry natural flavors.
Cherry Berry Sunjoy: Iced Tea and Lemonade mixed with cherry, blueberry, and cranberry natural flavors.

After a successful market test in Raleigh, North Carolina, and a high demand for its expansion, Chick-fil-A is officially launching the Pretzel Cheddar Club Sandwich nationwide.

This new chicken sandwich features a chicken filet of your choice (Original, Spicy, or Grilled), layered with lettuce, sliced tomato, cheddar cheese, and applewood-smoked bacon, all served between a sliced buttery pretzel bun.

Because Chick-fil-A is known for its dipping sauces, it is also releasing a new Creamy Dijon Mustard Sauce to pair with the sandwiches.

Both the returning Cherry Berry beverages and the new Pretzel Cheddar Club Sandwiches will be available for a limited time starting August 18 at all participating Chick-fil-A restaurants nationwide.

Chick-fil-A adds two new permanent menu additions

Every Chick-fil-A fan knows no meal is complete without Waffle Potato Fries, so to provide customers with more options, the chicken chain is launching two new Waffle Potato Chip flavors.
