Las Vegas Strip casinos are known for scheduling every type of music genre in their showrooms and theaters to satisfy everyone’s particular music taste.
For music fans who are nostalgic for 1970s pop music, iconic singer Barry Manilow has 24 remaining shows on his previously announced 2025 residency off the Strip at the International Theater at Westgate Las Vegas, which runs Sept. 11 through Dec. 13, 2025.
And 1970s pop star Donny Osmond performs his solo residency at Harrah’s Showroom, which is currently booked through Nov. 15, 2025.

Legendary rock star Carlos Santana performs his “An Intimate Evening with Santana: Greatest Hits Live” residency in the House of Blues at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino for 15 new shows in September and November 2025.

Iconic hard rock band Scorpions last performed on the Las Vegas Strip for nine shows from April 11 to May 3, 2024, in Bakkt Theater at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, which is now known as PH Live.
More recently, the “Rock You Like a Hurricane” band needed to postpone its five-show “Coming Home to Las Vegas 60th Anniversary” residency at PH Live scheduled for February and March 2025, and rescheduled the shows for Aug. 14, 16, 19, 21, and 23, 2025.

And now another superstar 1980s hard rock band, Def Leppard, returns to the Las Vegas Strip for their third residency with 12 shows in their Live at Caesars Palace The Las Vegas Residency at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace on Feb. 3-28, 2026.

“Las Vegas has always been such a main attraction for Def Leppard. There’s no place on earth where you can have the likes of Adele, U2 and The Eagles all playing sold out shows on the same night!” lead singer Joe Elliott said in a July 21 statement.
“We’re really looking forward to coming back for our third Vegas residency and to do a run at the iconic Colosseum at Caesars Palace is such an honor given the giants that have blessed that stage!” Elliott said.

Def Leppard last performed a Las Vegas Strip residency with 12 shows at Zappos Theater, now known as PH Live, at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino in August and September 2019.
The “Rock of Ages” band performed its first Las Vegas residency in 2013 with its “Viva Hysteria” engagement at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino.
Def Leppard, which was inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 2019, has sold over 110 million albums worldwide, including its multi-platinum albums, “Pyromania,” 11 times platinum, and “Hysteria,” 14 times platinum.
The band’s next show on its summer 2025 tour is at Churchill Park Music Festival in St. John’s, Canada, on July 25, followed by a show at Thunder Valley Casino in Lincoln, Calif., on Aug. 9.
The band’s summer tour schedule includes stops on the Midwest fair circuit, with shows at the Iowa State Fair in Des Moines on Aug. 14; Illinois State Fair in Springfield on Aug. 16; and Minnesota State Fair on Aug. 26 in St. Paul.
