There has been a small bump in risk assets on this. Now we get to the harder part of ending the war in Iran and opening the Strait of Hormuz in a way that preserves long term peace.

Now there is a report that Netanyahu is just convening a cabinet meeting and one report says cabinet is outraged it was announced by Trump before they were informed. There is also a Reuters report saying that Israel’s military has no plans to withdraw forces from southern Lebanon during any ceasefire.
