There’s nothing new here as we’ve been aware of the 0 for 0 offer for weeks. The problem is that we still haven’t got any breakthrough. Last week, French Finance Minister Lombard said that he discussed the idea of reciprocal zero tariffs with Scott Bessent, and Bessent told him that it was not unrealistic. So, this will keep the hopes alive.
